University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB ("UEC") supports the university's educational mission by providing quality services that complement the instructional program. The University depends upon UEC to provide services that cannot be supported with state funds. We're responsible for business enterprises on campus including, but not limited to, dining, bookstore, convenience store, and vending services. We also serve as the grantee for federal, state, and local funding for research and sponsored projects.

Position Summary

Temporary, full time "non-exempt", benefited position through 11/31/2023 (Appointment may be renewed annually based upon availability of funds, availability of work and satisfactory job performance).

Salary: $4,100-$5,500 per month

Program Summary:
  • The Leonard Transportation Center (LTC) is seeking a Program Coordinator to be part of the leadership team. The Leonard Transportation Center (LTC) at California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB) was established approximately 15 years ago to provide the transportation community of Southern California's Inland Empire (IE) with a non-aligned, non-profit organization that would facilitate greater collaboration, more informed decisions, and enhanced transportation performance for the region. The LTC is a research, policy-making, and educational support affiliate of the California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB).

Work Schedule

40 hours per week. Schedule to be arranged, but typically, Monday-Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm though some nights, weekend work may be required.

Typical Activities

Under minimal supervision of the Executive Director, the Program Coordinator will work independently to:
  • Outreach and engagement with community members
  • Event planning
  • Education program coordination, analysis, and applied research
  • Written reports and digital media

Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 3-5 years' work experience in program coordination
  • Other: Technology literacy; Content writing; Project coordination

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in the Social Sciences or Education

  • 5 years experience
